RotoDock stands as a robust and versatile pontoon system, renowned for its exceptional stability, making it an ideal choice for a diverse range of flatwater applications. The core of RotoDock comprises Linear Low-Density Polyethylene units, offered in various sizes, allowing for the creation of pontoons in virtually any shape or dimension:

These units seamlessly connect using composite rubber couplers, offering compatibility in any orientation with 0.5m increments, ensuring both versatility and rigidity. The rubber couplers strike a balance between providing stability and flexibility to safeguard against damage in adverse weather conditions.

The surface of RotoDock boasts exceptional durability with a non-slip pattern molded into the deck, ensuring optimal grip even in wet conditions while remaining comfortable for bare feet. Beneath the surface, strategically designed open chambers create a vacuum between RotoDock and the water's surface, significantly enhancing pontoon stability.

While standard RotoDock units come in beige, they can be custom-made in various colors (minimum quantities apply), combining aesthetics with practicality by preventing excessive heat absorption in direct sunlight.

RotoDock Pontoons are engineered with a Safe Working Load of 350Kg per square meter per layer, and units can be stacked to double or triple this capacity when needed. Additional flotation units can also be inserted beneath the pontoon to provide an extra 125kg of buoyancy in specific locations.

To cater to your exact needs, RotoDock offers an extensive array of accessories, ideal for both commercial and private use. These accessories include Galvanized or Rope Handrails, Cleats, Fenders, Access Ladders, Benches, Storage Boxes, and an array of mooring attachments suitable for any location.

We provide a range of mooring systems, including Pile Brackets, Stiff Arms, and Anchor Brackets, to ensure your pontoon is securely anchored. For easy access, RotoDock offers various access options, including PE gangways, Aluminium Gangways, and custom-made solutions.
